I have spent over 20 years working across the commercial vehicle industry, with fleet operators, owner operators, hauliers, logistics businesses, and everything in between. Earlier in my career I held the role of Demonstration Department Manager for a major commercial vehicle manufacturer, working alongside some of the most experienced people in the UK fleet industry. From large multi-vehicle fleets to sole traders running a single truck, I have seen first-hand what a well-managed, well-documented transport operation looks like.
